The Task Task
At the beginning we had to deliver devOps professionals to cover their 3 vacancies as soon as possible. Once succeeded, we received other roles like Senior Java developer, Lead Data Engineer.
The Challenge Challenge
The main challenge was to find people who were willing to do consulting work, which is rarely found in developers long term objectives. Secondly, was to focus only on the Romanian market. Even though the roles were remote and the Romanian market is an incredible IT hub, it was still a small segment for sourcing.
The Strategy Strategy
This time our mission was to sell the role and the company, more than we had to do it before with other companies where we were focusing on the product and the opportunity to develop their technical knowledge. When approaching candidates, we had to emphasize the advantages of being a consultant at Appsbroker and the benefits the company was offering, which by the way, are great. As one of the recruiters was saying, the roles were only for the “chosen ones”.
The Result Result
We managed to cover the roles in less than 3 months and then we received other role to take care of and it is still an ongoing process and a wonderful collaboration which we are very thankful for.
